Verdict reached for deadly 2014 DUI crash

UPDATE (November 16, 2017 4:20 p.m.): A verdict was reached by the jury for Dontrell Collins. He was found guilty for 2 counts of second degree murder, 2 counts of vehicular manslaughter, 1 count of driving under the influence of alcohol causing bodily injury, 1 count of DUI with a .08 alcohol with bodily injury, 1 count of obstruct/resist executive officer, and 1 count of public crime committed while incarcerated.

Closing arguments were heard on Tuesday in a DUI crash that left two people dead three years ago. 

Dontrell Collins was arrested in 2014 and charged with two counts of second degree murder and driving under the influence. 

Collins is accused of killing two women and injuring a third in a crash on Rosedale Highway.

Police reports show witnesses said Collins was flexing, clapping and even yelling "Yeah, I killed that [expletive]."
