Bakersfield Congressman and House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy will soon introduce legislation to combat human trafficking.
McCarthy is meeting with members of the local non-profit The Daughter Project on Wednesday to tour the site's facilities.
He is also sitting down with 23ABC's Tim Calahan about his proposed legislation.
