Congressman McCarthy announces Wounded Warrior Program Fellows will complete fellowship in Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Congressman Kevin McCarthy has announced two Fellows of the Wounded Warrior Program will be completing the remainder of their fellowship at his Bakersfield office.

McCarthy announced that Mr. Perry Finzel and Mr. Gary Medina, both of Bakersfield will be joining his staff.

"With the terms of Congressman Valadao and Congressman Knight having recently ended, I was honored to extend an offer to these decorated veterans to join my staff. I am confident that they will continue to excel in their new roles, and that the citizens of the Central Valley, Antelope Valley, and Indian Wells Valley will benefit from their knowledge and experience," McCarthy said. "Both Mr. Finzel and Mr. Medina have illustrious military backgrounds and proven track records of exceptional public service, and I am excited to continue working to advance the interests of our constituents with them on board.”
