Construction started on the ice rink at Bakersfield College that the Condors will use for their outdoor game. 

The game is one of the most anticipated of the season and the week-long process of converting the dirt and grass started at Memorial Stadium on Saturday.

The finishing touches should be complete by December 19, 2016 and the outdoor is set to take place next month on January 7, 2017.
