A 23ABC News viewer contacted the station informing them of the headache construction in Delano is causing for voters.
The person, who didn't want to be named said that, "Construction was planned in front voting at Delano City hall and Delano community center. It's strange both sites had planned construction."
The person said that they called City Hall and the construction was canceled for the day, but the closures will still in place.
The person said that they still have all parking blocked off. People have to park down the street to vote.
At about 3p, all of the construction and road closure signs were removed.
