BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department, in collaboration with the Kern County 999 Foundation is raising charitable funds for the law enforcement families that recently lost their homes in the Camp Fire.

The fundraising campaign, "Fuzz for Funds" started on December 1 and will run until December 20 at midnight. "Fuzz for Funds" is a contest of the beard growing Bakersfield Police Officers via a vote or votes upon a non-profit donation.
