BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — At around 7 a.m. Sunday morning, Kern County Fire Department received a call reporting a structure fire in McFarland. Upon arrival, firefighters found a 3,000 square-foot convenience store in flames.
Two KCFD trucks were placed around the Kern Food Market to safely extinguish the fire. There were no injuries to firefighters or civilians as a result of this fire.
The cause of this fire is still unknown.
