SHAFTER, Calif. — The Kern County coroner has identified 26-year-old Allen Jeffrey Stracener as the body that was found in a silo in Shafter earlier this month.
On June 5 around 8:57 a.m. Shafter Police say they responded to reports from a Westside Farms employee that there was something suspicious inside a silo.
A postmortem examination was conducted on Stracener and the cause and manner of death are pending further studies.
