The Kern County Coroner has identified 39-year-old Luzmit Esevit Guerra as the person found dead on July 25, 2018.
Guerra was found in the open desert area at 100th Street West just south of Reed Avenue in Rosamond, California.
Officers said that the cause and manner of death are pending and still under investigation.
