The Coroner's Office has identified the body of a man Bakersfield Police found in east Bakersfield last Wednesday.
Lawrence Daniel Alvarez, 52, was found dead near Haley and Monterey Streets around 7:15 a.m. on Wednesday.
Alvarez was from Bakersfield.
The cause of death has not yet been determined.
