BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Coroner has identified the man who was killed in the CHP officer-involved shooting that took place on Friday, February 8 on I-5 north of Highway 43.

Officials said that 25-year-old Aaron Allen Przkeop of Lancaster died during the shooting just after 5 a.m. A postmortem examination will be conducted to determine the cause and manner of his death.
