The Kern County Coroner has identified the victim of a traffic fatality from Thursday, November 22.

51-year-old Salvador Castro Rodriguez was the operator of a vehicle that collided with another on I-5 in Lebec around 6 p.m.

Rodriguez died at the scene and a postmortem examination will be performed to confirm the cause and manner of his death
