BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Coroner has identified the victim of a traffic fatality on Saturday, December 15 as 24-year-old Carlos Javier Taylor.
Taylor was the operator of a vehicle that crashed at California City Boulevard and Forest Boulevard in California City. He died at the scene from his injuries at approximately 11:13 p.m. A postmortem examination will be scheduled to confirm cause and manner of death.
