The Kern County Coroner has identified the victim of a traffic fatality in Delano as 25-year-old Serena Nicole Ferrel.
Ferrel was the operator of a SUV that crashed into a tree at the above location. According to officials, she died at the scene.
A post-mortem examination will be conducted to determine the cause and manner of her death.
