The Kern County Coroner has identified the victim of a traffic fatality on Panama Lane, east of Oswell Street on Sunday, October 21.
22-year-old Humberto Jacinto Flores was a passenger in a vehicle that collided with another at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. He was then transported to Kern Medical where he later died from his injuries on Tuesday, October 23 just before 4 p.m.
