30-year-old Richie Vincent Valenzuela has been identified by the Kern County Coroner as the victim of Wednesday's stabbing in East Bakersfield. The stabbing occurred between Gage Street and Oregon Street.

According to Police, Valenzuela was stabbed by another person on Gage Street before being transported to Kern Medical where he later died from his injuries. There is no information as of yet to the cause and manner of his death and a suspect as not been identified yet.
