BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Coroner has identified the victims involved in the traffic fatality at the intersection of China Grade Loop and Manor Street in Oildale.

Officials say that 32-year-old Lori Sue Soto and 27-year-old Joshua James Andrews were occupants of vehicles that crashed at the intersection just after 9:30 p.m. on Monday, February 11.
