The Kern County Coroner's Office has identified the man who was found dead inside of an apartment on the 1000 Blk. of Monterey St. on January 22nd.

The man was identified as 52-year old Robert Sierra.
Coroner officials said that a postmortem examination is scheduled to determine cause and manner of death.
Investigators are treating this death as a homicide and the investigation is ongoing.
