BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Coroner has identified the victim of a pedestrian fatality that happened on Friday, January 4.

According to officials, at approximately 5:45 a.m. just south of Grapevine Road in Lebec, Esiguio Campa Robledo, 54, was struck by vehicles on Interstate 5. Robledo died at the scene.

A postmortem examination will be conducted to confirm the cause and manner of his death.
