LAMONT, Calif. — The Kern County Coroner has ruled that a man and a woman who were found dead in Lamont Thursday died by suicide and homicide respectively.

Fifty one-year-old Cristina Isabel Munoz and 48-year-old Eduardo Hilario Iniguez were found dead in the 8200 block of Collision Street in Lamont on April 11.

The Kern County Coroner has ruled that Iniguez died of a gunshot wound. His death was ruled a suicide.

The Kern County Coroner has ruled that Munoz died of multiple gunshot wounds. Her death was ruled a homicide.

The Kern County Sheriff's Office has not released if the two deaths are connected.
