The Kern County Coroner's Office says the man who was killed in a crash in Wasco on Wednesday was 83 years old.
According to the coroner's office, 83-year-old Billy Ray Cole was the driver of a truck that was hit in the area of Poso Drive and Western Avenue in Wasco.
The California Highway Patrol says another pickup truck ran a stop sign and collided with Cole's truck.
