The Kern County Coroner's Office has identified the man and woman who were killed in a crash on the 99 on Friday afternoon.
Kathy Jane McNutt, 62 of Delano, was the driver of the pickup truck that was hit by a semi on Friday. Also killed in the crash was 75-year-old Luther Goleman, of Lemoore, who was the passenger in the pickup truck.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a semi-truck failed to yield to traffic and ended up hitting the pickup and another semi causing the multi-vehicle crash.
The crash led to the closure of the 99 for hours.
