BAKERSFIELD, CA. — After the recent earthquakes, officials say we are not in the clear for another one.

Therefore, people are heading to the grocery stores to stock up on water and non perishable food items.

Costco on Rosedale ran out of water three times over the weekend due to people stocking up. They recommend everyone comes early in case they run low again.

23ABC spoke with a customer at Costco who arrived when doors opened at 10 a.m. to buy ten cases of water but left with only four due to the limit on water case purchases.
