The California Highway Patrol is on scene of a crash along southbound I-5, south of the Fort Tejon exit. 

According to the CHP dispatcher's website, a vehicle was stalled in the number three lane. Another vehicle reportedly hit the stalled vehicle. The crash blocked the two slow lanes. 

Officers have shut down lanes 2, 3, and 4 in the area. 

Officials have not updated the extent of injuries or how many people were involved. 

Traffic is backed up in the area. Expect delays or use an alternate route.
