PG&E reports that 363 customers are still without power. A full restoration has now been pushed back to 3 p.m.

More than 400 PG&E customers in Southeast Bakersfield are without power after a car crash Monday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a car crashed into a pole in the area of Zephyr Lane and Fairfax just before 6:30 a.m.
Power is expected to be restored by 9:30 a.m.
