Westbound traffic on Highway 58 is backed up due to a downed power line following a crash Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 6 a.m. in the area of South Chester Avenue on the 58.
Traffic is backed up as far as Cottonwood Road.
