BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The California Highway Patrol reported an accident Thursday morning that shut down the Northbound on-ramp at Ming Avenue to Highway 99 and the #3 lane on NB 99.
According to CHP Officer Robert Rodriguez, a semi truck collided with a passenger vehicle around 3 a.m. Thursday. The CHP website also reported around 10 gallons of oil spilled on the right-hand shoulder.
It is unknown when the roadway will reopen.
