BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Runner Nation, here's your chance to meet your favorite California State University Bakersfield Roadrunners. Saturday the CSUB athletics, spirit squad and student and faculty body will tour Kern County.

The CSUB Caravan will make three stops in Kern County:

Arvin - 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Grimmway Academy, 901 Nectarine Court, Arvin.

Bakersfield - 12:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m., Boys and Girls Club of Kern County, 801 Niles Street, Bakersfield.

Delano - 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m., Tony's Firehouse Grill and Pizza, 502 County Line Road, Delano.

CSUB President Lynnette Zelezny said the caravan gives Cal State Bakersfield a chance to get out into the community and show them what the only four-year university in Kern County has to offer academically and athletically. It's also a way for them to get Runner Nation excited for the upcoming school year.

Along with being able to meet your favorite Runners, there will also be free food, drinks, games and other giveaway.
