Cal State Bakersfield has surpassed their expected service goals during their first year open.

CSUB Food Pantry opened on September 18, 2017. The original goal was to serve 100 students each week. At this time, the food pantry serves 195 students each week, with of 1,395 students having been served 5,623 times over the past year.

The CSUB Food Pantry is available to campus students, faculty and staff. It is located between The Runner modular building and the Student Union.
