California State University Bakersfield is holding its first 'A Day in the Life of a Nurse' event on Friday in honor of National Nurses Week.
California Nursing Students Association (CNSA) and Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) at CSUB are holding the event from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Doré Theater.
The event will look at what current societal views are about nursing, have a poster presentation, bone marrow registry drive, and honoring nurses who attend.
There will also be donation drawings and fundraising opportunities to help CNSA send members to the state convention later this year.
