California State University Bakersfield previewed a new addition to their campus Thursday.

University officials taped off an area for the future home of the university’s Edible Garden.

The event allowed students, faculty, and staff a chance to learn more about the garden, hear from those who are bringing it to life, and join on the official garden group photo, according to the Office of the University’s President.
