BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Small Business Development Center at CSUB will be hosting a webinar for small business owners Wednesday afternoon.

The free event is aimed to educate small businesses in Kern County of the recent changes to the PPP and how to successfully manage the PPP and the economic injury disaster loan program.
