CSUB students hold second protest over president-elect Donald Trump

Posted

Dozens of California State University Bakersfield students gathered in front of the Student Union Wednesday chanting and holding signs in protest against president-elect Donald Trump.

This is the second protest held by CSUB students, who say it is important to stand up against Trump’s divisive platform and let people of all backgrounds know they are safe.

The students said the protests have been noticed by campus officials and prompted a discussion to be held next week about the election.

There will also be an open forum held at the Kegley Institute.
