Rain or shine, CSUB's graduation ceremonies scheduled for Thursday and Friday are still happening, according to school officials.

A news release from the university advised students and guests that umbrellas will be allowed at the official hooding ceremony scheduled for Wednesday night but not for Friday's commencement ceremony.

CSUB also asks that guests who are bringing umbrellas for Wednesday's ceremony be considerate of members in the audience by not blocking views of the ceremony.

A total of 335 students are scheduled to participate as CSUB hood master’s and doctoral degree candidates during the Graduate Hooding Ceremony at 6 p.m. Wednesday on the CSUB Soccer Field.

The 49th undergraduate ceremony is scheduled for 7:30 a.m. on Friday at the CSUB Main Soccer Field with a total of 1,674 students expected to participate.
