California State University Bakersfield is welcoming the school's new deans with a reception next week.

CSUB is hosting a Welcome Reception on Tuesday, Nov. 14 for the deans of each of the university's four schools, as well as a new dean of CSUB Antelope Valley.

The reception will give the community and the CSUB community an opportunity to meet the new deans. 

The deans that will be honored at the reception:

Dr. Steve Bacon, School of Social Sciences and Education

Dr. Robert Frakes, School of Arts and Humanities

Dr. Angappa Gunasekaran, School of Business and Public Administration

Dr. Kathleen Madden, School of Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Engineering

Dr. Randy Schultz, CSUB Antelope Valley 

The Welcome Reception will be held at 5 p.m. in the Dezember Reading Room of the Walter Stiern Library. Parking will be in Lot M.
