CVS to close 'under-performing" locations across the U.S.

On Thursday, CVS Health announced that it is closing 46 stores this year.

The drugstore chain made the announcement as it released earnings for the first quarter of the year.

CVS called the locations that are on the chopping block "under-performing".

No word on how many employees will be affected by this move but USA Today reports that the stores scheduled to close are located in 13 states.
