BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The contractor for the Belle Terrace Operational Improvements project will close the Ming Avenue on-ramp to northbound State Route 99 March 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This ramp will also be closed next week, Monday, through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The closure will allow for work on the retaining wall that's currently under construction. Drivers will still be able to access NB 99 at Wible Road.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, work might be rescheduled without notice.
