At least one person is dead after a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash on Frazier Mountain Park Road and Lakewood Place in the Fort Tejon area.
It happened just after 1:30 a.m.
According to the California Highway Patrol website, a 19-year-old was laying down in the roadway after a disturbance with her boyfriend.
No word on who died or how many people were involved.
