The death certificate of cult leader Charles Manson was released by the Kern County Public Health Department on Tuesday.
The death certificate confirms Manson died on Nov. 19 at Mercy Downtown in Bakersfield and lists Manson's cause of death as acute cardiac arrest, respiratory failure and metastatic colon cancer.
The death certificate also shows that no autopsy was performed on Manson.
Manson's birth state, marital status, education, occupation, and kind of business or industry as well as years in occupation are all listed as unknown on the certificate.
The cult leader's residence is listed as 4001 King Avenue Corcoran, CA 93212 in Kings County, which is California State Prison in Corcoran.
