The Bakersfield Tea Party's monthly meeting will feature Craig and Becky Powers from Powers Firearms Training. The discussion will be about how one can defend themselves during active shooter situations.
The meeting will be today, Thursday September 28, 2017 beginning at 6 p.m. at Rusty's Pizza Parlor located on 6675 Ming Ave., near Ming and Ashe.
Raffle tickets will also be available for a chance to win the book Washington's Farewell Address or a gift card for Uricchio's.
