The Delano Police Department made three arrests on Tuesday after conducting compliance checks for people on Post Release Community Supervision.
Paul Escalante, 28, was arrested for outstanding warrants. Steven Flores, 27, was arrested for obstructing an officer.
Jose Antonio Hernandez, 35, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and obstructing an officer.
