BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Delano Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one person dead and other with critical injuries.
According to Delano Police, the shooting happened around 11:15 p.m. Friday.
According to the Kern County Fire Department's current incidents page, fire crews were dispatched to the area of High St. near 6th St. around 11:25 p.m.
Det. Velasco said officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of County Line Rd. near Randolph St. in Delano.
Delano police have confirmed one person is dead and another is in "very serious condition."
Three other people suffered non-life-threatening wounds.
No suspect information was immediately available.
