The Delano Police Department is asking for help finding a missing, at-risk 9-year-old boy.
The boy is identified as Ramon Tamayo. He's described as 4'11" - 5'0", 65-70 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday wearing a dark grey Puma shirt and dark blue jeans.
