DELANO, Calif. — The Delano Regional Medical Center has agreed to join Adventist Health this year.

Bahram Ghaffari, president of the Delano Regional Medical Center, announced the agreement on Wednesday, January 9.

The agreement must receive approval from the Federal Trade Commission and the California Attorney General. Delano Regional Medical Center and Adventist Health expect the review process to take three to four months.

Adventist Health says they do not anticipate significant changes in the employee population or management structure.
