BAKERSFIELD, Calif — 23ABC can confirm there was a raid at the Europhoria salon in Northwest Bakersfield on Wednesday.
That's when agents from the Department of Consumer Affairs arrived at the salon and swept through the building for several hours. It's not clear what they were looking for during the raid.
The Department of Consumer Affairs says until charges are officially filed no details will be released.
The Bakersfield Police Department and District Attorney's office have both told 23ABC that they are not involved in the investigation.
