The graffiti was reported in South Bakersfield off of Taft Highway on Akers Road.
Some neighbors say they agree with the displeasure but said handling it a different way would have been a better idea.
Other neighbors are upset this happened in a neighborhood that is still being built and that they now have to try and hide it form their kids.
