The District Attorney's office said on Thursday that they will not to file any charges for KCSO deputy Lawrence Thatcher.
Thatcher faced spousal battery and false imprisonment charges after he was arrested in connection with a domestic violence incident in early July.
In a release sent on Thursday, the District Attorney's office said after reviewing taped interviews and records there wasn't enough evidence to "support the charges beyond a reasonable doubt."
