BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A local attorney, Loren Kleier has been disbarred according to state bar documents.

The documents claim that he accepted thousands of dollars from clients and failed to work on their cases.

He reportedly failed to act on behalf of 8 different clients in cases including divorce proceedings, misdemeanor convictions and vehicle accidents.

23ABC reached out to Kleier for comment but have not heard back as of yet.
