BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Volunteers will be taking around two dozen shelter dogs out of their cages and out to the Park at River Walk for a "Doggie-Day-Out" on January 27 from noon until 1 p.m.
Volunteers will be walking dogs in hopes to show their true personality outside of the shelter. All dogs at the event will be up for adoption!
