Downed power lines have led to the closure of eastbound 24th Street at Oak Street on Wednesday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol's traffic incident page, reports of the downed power lines came in just before 3:45 a.m.

According to the CHP's website, the closure is expected until about noon.
